Though high cost of the higher education and presence integer row others social barrier did his(its) available in most cases only to well-to-do layers society and itself it gave got his(its) people to significant privileges, already in 19 - begin 20 vv. S. differed the high political activity and played the observable role in public life. V. I. Lenin in 1903 wrote that S. "is a most supportive part to intellectualses, but intellectuals therefore and is identified the intellectuals that whole сознательнее, the whole решительнее and the whole more exactly reflects and expresses the development class interest and political groups in all society.
